Mr Peter Waine as Special Advisor

OXFORD, 20th May 2016 – Hidden Value Partners, a specialist value discovery and transformation practice dedicated to helping businesses that are either struggling or in challenging circumstances, announce today the appointment of Mr Peter Waine as Special Advisor to the Company.

Mr Waine, Co-Founder of Hanson Green, was the recognised principal source for chairmen and NED appointments, as well as author and co-author of two highly regarded books on corporate governance.

“Mr Waine brings extensive FTSE expertise to our practice having advised companies in the selection of exceptionally skilled Board members for over 30 years at his company Hanson Green, founded in 1989.  Mr Waine sat on both PLC and private boards and had been a visiting professor on corporate governance at both the Warwick and Cass Business Schools”, said Simon C.
